Terms & Conditions for Cafe Continental & Fabric Gift Cards

  1. Vouchers cannot be extended, refunded, or transferred to another person.
  2. Vouchers must be used in full. No change or credit will be issued for any unused balance.
  3. Reservations must be made in advance, and the voucher code must be provided at the time of booking.
  4. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against reservations made via third-party booking platforms.
  5. The physical or digital voucher must be presented upon arrival.
  6. Reservations made using a voucher are subject to our standard booking policies. In the event of a no-show, the voucher will be automatically redeemed.
  7. The purchaser and recipient are responsible for ensuring that the voucher code remains confidential and is not shared with others.
  8. All bookings are subject to availability and may vary based on changes to menu offerings or services.
  9. Vouchers are valid from the date of purchase until the stated expiry date.
